Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee all production activities at our Bulacan facility.

The role focuses on scheduling, staff management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of managerial experience in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS.

• Oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Implement and maintain production schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
