Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Marilao, Bulacan, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the gummy candy production, ensuring safety, quality and targets are met.

You will manage daily operations, supervise production staff, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering and Planning, implementing GMP, HACCP and BRCGS requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience in gummy candy, confectionery, or similar food production preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and BRCGS.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gummy candy production operations.
• Ensure achievement of production targets, efficiency, yield and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, production schedules, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, and BRCGS requirements.
• Analyze production data, downtime, rejects, and process losses and implement improvements.
• Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and other departments.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Develop and coach production supervisors and personnel.
• Prepare and monitor production reports and key performance indicators.

• Willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan

Salary Range: 80,000 - 100,000

Work Location: Marilao, Bulacan
