Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Marilao, Bulacan is seeking a Production Manager for food manufacturing. The role is fully on-site with responsibilities spanning production oversight, compliance, and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and has at least 5 years of managerial experience in food production, preferably with gummy/confectionery operations. GMP/HACCP and BRCGS familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid production management experience in Food Manufacturing.
• Direct background in gummy, confectionery, jelly, or high-sugar/gelatin processing is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge and enforcement of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and BRCGS standards.
• Proven ability in process optimization, yield maximization, reject reduction, line downtime analysis, and manpower scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to meet safety and quality standards.
• Lead process improvements to maximize yield and reduce waste.
• Schedule manpower and coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth line operations.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and food safety across all production stages.
