Responsibilities

• Own the Floor: Drive daily factory output across CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring, and packing.
• Execute & Optimize: Translate weekly master schedules into clear, daily targets; assign manpower and machines efficiently.
• Smash Bottlenecks: Anticipate delays, monitor material availability, and build instant recovery plans when lines fall behind.
• Collaborate: Conduct daily production meetings and coordinate seamlessly with Engineering, Warehouse, and QA/QC.
• Enforce Excellence: Maintain high-standard safety, housekeeping, and strict production discipline.

Your Primary Mission

Deliver critical fabrication and electrical assembly projects exactly on time, within quality standards, and hitting target labor hours.

What You Will Do

• Own the Floor: Drive daily factory output across CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring, and packing.
• Execute & Optimize: Translate weekly master schedules into clear, daily targets; assign manpower and machines efficiently.

Strongly Preferred (Huge Advantage)

• Experience in Electrical Switchgear / Panelboard manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, panelboards, or busducts.
• Hands-on familiarity with sheet-metal fabrication (CNC turret/punching, press brake, welding, powder coating).
• Experience with copper busbar fabrication and electrical assembly/wiring.
