Job summary

Curran Daly & Associates is seeking a Production Manager in Bulacan to oversee overall production operations and lead the production team. The role focuses on achieving targets, ensuring quality, and coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to maintain smooth factory operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in production leadership within electrical wiring or related manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in production management or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience in electrical wiring, cables, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Engineering degree/background preferred.
• Experience in factory operations, quality, and process improvement.
• Proven track record managing large production teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall production operations for the assigned manufacturing facility.
• Lead, develop, and manage the production team and workforce.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements are met.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain for smooth operations.
• Address production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive CI.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Provide production reports and recommendations to management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall production operations of the assigned manufacturing facility
• Lead, develop, and manage the production team and workforce
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, manpower allocation, and resource utilization
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements are consistently met
• Monitor manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure smooth factory operations
• Address production issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturing procedures
• Monitor production performance and provide operational reports and recommendations to management

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a comparable manufacturing leadership role
• Strong experience in electrical wiring, cables, electrical products, or related manufacturing is highly preferred
• Engineering degree/background preferred
• Strong experience in factory operations, production management, quality, and process improvement
• Proven experience managing large production teams
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work in Bulacan
