Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an Electrical Production Engineer for our Valenzuela factory to bridge design engineering and the shop floor. The role focuses on ensuring the master production schedule can be executed safely from an electrical perspective.

You will supervise electrical production, interpret diagrams, verify BOMs, enforce standards, and coordinate with QA/QC to resolve issues on the line. A BS EE and REE preferred are required.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering graduate.
• Licensed REE preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and BOMs.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of switchgears, panelboards, and metering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical production on the shop floor and guide electricians and assemblers on wiring and component installation.
• Interpret shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and control diagrams.
• Verify BOMs against drawings and check MCCB/ACB/MCB, busbar, CT, and metering arrangements.
• Enforce electrical clearances, torque requirements, and engineering revisions on the floor.
• Prepare punch lists with QA/QC and assist in troubleshooting failed tests.
• Identify production risks and report blockers to the Production Manager.

Are you a Registered Electrical Engineer who knows switchgears, single-line diagrams, and control wiring inside out? Can you look at a blueprint and instantly spot a technical discrepancy before it hits the assembly line?

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Electrical Production Engineer to bridge the gap between design engineering and the shop floor at our Valenzuela factory!

Work Location: Brgy. Bagbaguin, Valenzuela City

Your Primary Mission

Make sure the master production schedule can actually be executed correctly, safely, and flawlessly from an electrical and engineering standpoint.

What You Will Do

• Supervise & Guide: Oversee technical electrical production and guide electricians and assemblers on proper wiring and component installation.
• Blueprint Master: Interpret approved shop drawings, single-line diagrams, and control diagrams.
• Verify Everything: Check Bill of Materials (BOM) against drawings, verify breaker (MCCB/ACB/MCB), busbar, CT, and metering arrangements.
• Enforce Technical Standards: Ensure correct electrical clearances, check torque requirements, and strictly implement engineering revisions on the floor.
• Pre-QA/QC Inspection: Prepare technical punch lists before final inspection, coordinate with QA/QC, and assist in troubleshooting failed tests.
• Risk & Blocker Mitigation: Identify technical production risks and immediately report technical blockers to the Production Manager.

What We Are Looking For

Must-Haves

• Education: Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• License: Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Technical Skills: Strong interpretation of electrical drawings, control diagrams, wiring diagrams, and BOMs. Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of panelboards, switchgears, busbar fundamentals, CT/metering, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Leadership: Strong shop-floor supervision and communication skills.

Strong Advantages

• Hands-on experience with Schneider, ABB, Siemens, or LS switchgear.
• Experience with ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) or synchronizing panels.
• Background in LV/MV switchgear testing and familiarity with IEC 61439 standards.
• Knowledge of protection relays.
