Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced production leader to own daily factory operations and drive timely project completion in a manufacturing setting in Metro Manila. You will translate weekly targets into actionable daily plans, allocate manpower and machinery, and lead daily production meetings to maintain quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong manufacturing experience, ability to read production drawings and coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own daily factory production and project completion.
• Translate weekly targets into daily production targets.
• Assign manpower, machines and work areas according to priorities.
• Conduct daily production meetings.
• Monitor CNC, bending, welding, painting, assembly, wiring and packing.
• Identify bottlenecks before they affect delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and QA/QC.
• Develop recovery plans when production falls behind.
• Be accountable for on-time production completion.
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety and production discipline.
• Give management accurate project completion forecasts.
• Authorize/recommend overtime, manpower reassignment and production resequencing.
• Monitor material availability and upscale shortages.
• Monitor drawing/CAD-CAM/program readiness.
