Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Line Leader to support daily production operations in Taguig.

You will assist the Production Supervisor, monitor processes, and ensure targets and efficiency through close collaboration with machine operators. The role requires a Technical-Vocational qualification with 5 years of line leadership experience in food manufacturing, and familiarity with GMP and workplace safety practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 1-2 years Technical-Vocational course.
• Preferably 5 years of experience as a Line Leader in production operations, preferably in a food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and production monitoring is preferred.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.
