Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Line Leader to support daily production operations in Taguig.

You will assist the Production Supervisor, monitor processes, and ensure targets and efficiency through close collaboration with machine operators. The role requires a Technical-Vocational qualification with 5 years of line leadership experience in food manufacturing, and familiarity with GMP and workplace safety practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 1-2 years Technical-Vocational course.
• Preferably 5 years of experience as a Line Leader in production operations, preferably in a food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, food safety, and workplace safety practices is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and production monitoring is preferred.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned in Bagumbayan, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Supervisor in monitoring day-to-day production operations.
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with established operating parameters and procedures.
• Work closely with machine operators to ensure achievement of daily production targets and efficiencies.
• Verify production monitoring records and report any deviations from established standards.
