Responsibilities

• Oversee daily assembly line operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor production output, workflow, and manpower allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Lead, guide, and monitor production staff to ensure proper performance and productivity.
• Train and orient new and existing team members on work procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Set up and monitor machinery and equipment used in the production line.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect production efficiency.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Ensure that all team members follow company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Minimize production waste, downtime, and operational inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding production, quality, maintenance, and manpower concerns.
