Job summary

MICHAEL AGUSTIN KHO is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in Brgy. 167 Llano Caloocan City North. The role emphasizes efficiency, quality, and safety in FMCG manufacturing.

You will implement production schedules, monitor performance, train staff, and collaborate with Quality Control and Supply Chain to optimize processes.

Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree, 3–5 years supervisory experience, and knowledge of GMP/HACCP where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP is a plus.
