Job summary

Vectrus, Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Production Control Clerk Lead to oversee daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section. You will serve as the centralized customer service focal point, process all work requests, dispatch craftsmen, and manage vehicle fleets and related reporting.

The role requires five years in Production Control, GCSS-Army proficiency, strong English communication, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a CAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Driver’s License.
• Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbally.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to obtain a CAC.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Production Control.
• GCSS-Army proficiency to manage work orders and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section.
• Serve as the centralized customer service focal point.
• Process all work requests and dispatch craftsmen to emergencies.
• Classify work using the Government work classification system.
• Inspect, maintain, repair, operate, and perform minor alterations.
• Process all work requests within 24 hours after receipt.
• Manage the CE vehicle fleet and vehicle assignments.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and prepare reports.
• Investigate vehicle incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
