Job summary

Vectrus, Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Production Control Clerk Lead to oversee daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section. You will serve as the centralized customer service focal point, process all work requests, dispatch craftsmen, and manage vehicle fleets and related reporting.

The role requires five years in Production Control, GCSS-Army proficiency, strong English communication, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a CAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Production Control.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications:
  • One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must provide a copy of the diploma.
  • Must be able to obtain a Driver’s License.
  • Capable of effectively communicating technical information in English, both written and verbally.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a CAC.
• Experience:
  • Possesses a solid background in GCSS-Army, leveraging advanced system proficiency to manage work orders, track equipment readiness, validate parts requirements, and ensure accurate data integrity across all production control processes.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Production Control.
• Skills:
  • Collaborative work style fostering cooperation and teamwork.
  • Prioritize responsibilities to handle a demanding workload
  • Ability to work under pressure
• Working Conditions:
  • Must be capable of working in an extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., hot, humid, tropical environment with average temperatures of 85 degrees in the summer months).
  • Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work
  • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
  • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
