V2X, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Production Control Clerk to monitor services and maintenance in GCSS-A and Maximo, and support supply requests. You will prepare data reports for meetings and coordinate with customers across departments.

Responsibilities include data capture in ERP/Maximo, labeling, and propelling efficient production control schedules. The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to work in a demanding, multinational environment.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be a US or Filipino citizen.
• IBM Maximo experience required.
• A valid Driver’s License is required for all Labor Categories in the Philippines.
• GCSS-A Plant Maintenance Certificates preferred for US Citizens.
• Three years GCSS-A and Production Control Clerk experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Operates the Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) computer system to track services and maintenance.
• Uses an ERP system to capture data related to maintenance work orders and inspections.
• Places identifying codes, figures, letters, or marks on articles using labeling equipment.
• Moves or transports Government Property or Supplies to other Departments using pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Identifies excess Government Property and dispositions accordingly.
• Maintains, edits, and processes work requests and files.
• Prepares, reads, and analyzes records and reports necessary to execute actions.
• Maintains Production Control Schedules reflecting due dates and quantities for materiel releases and inspections.
• Coordinates with Supply personnel to ensure repair parts and supplies are available.
• Updates Property Book records and transactions in Maximo EAM.
• Validates Purchase Requests (PRs).
• Counts and sorts incoming Government property to verify receipt of items.
• Prepares daily CDRLs for inventory, receipt, and issue transactions.
