Job summary

Vectrus, Inc is seeking a Central Receiving & Shipping Point Foreman in Subic, Philippines. The role leads yard and warehouse operations, coordinates with carriers, enforces safety protocols, and manages MHE operation and documentation for cargo through the facility.

The position requires frontline leadership experience in a military CRSP/LSA or cross-dock environment, strong safety practices, and the ability to direct complex cargo flows in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of freight/warehousing experience, or an associate degree with 1+ year in a lead role.
• Valid Philippine driver’s license is required.
• Experience as a foreman/lead in military CRSP, LSA, or cross-dock facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily receiving, staging, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Provide accountability for cargo received and shipped.
• Oversee cargo discharge/loading and verify BOLs, HAZMAT manifests, and TMRs.
• Enforce OSHA and military safety compliance; lead Tailgate Safety Briefings.
• Investigate misrouted/frustrated cargo and set staging priorities.
• Maintain equipment maintenance logs and ensure PPE compliance.
• Conduct Tailgate Safety Meetings and ensure staff PPE usage.
• Ensure proper wrapping and palletizing of outgoing shipments.
