Job summary

Vectrus, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Operations & Maintenance Manager in the Philippines to lead two site teams, manage multi-trade maintenance, and ensure contract performance.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in facility O&M, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Maximo and GCSS-Army, with capability to obtain required licenses and certifications in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; PMP/FMP desirable.
• Minimum 7 years in O&M of facility assets and utility infrastructure.
• Must be able to obtain a Philippine Driver’s License and CAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations aspects of contract implementation and maintenance.
• Provide logistics, supply, transportation, and scheduling support to the Task Order Manager.
• Directly oversee HVAC, maintenance trades, and a staff of ~30 personnel.
• Manage work controls, scheduling, and resource allocation in Maximo/GCSS-Army.
