Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a Production Control Clerk Lead in the Philippines to oversee daily Production Control and Work Orders, acting as the central customer service focal point and coordinating repair and maintenance activities.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a driver's license, and at least five years in production control plus proven GCSS-Army proficiency; strong English communication is required for technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Solid background in GCSS-Army to manage work orders and data integrity.
• Ability to oversee production control processes and vehicle fleet tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, directs, and manages daily operations of the Production Control and Work Orders Section.
• Serves as the centralized customer service focal point.
• Processes all work requests, after-hours calls, dispatches craftsmen to emergencies, and writes corrective maintenance (CM).
• Classifies work using the latest Government work classification system.
• Inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs minor alterations efficiently and economically.
• Processes all work requests within 24 hours after receipt to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Manages CE vehicle fleet, vehicle inventory, and associated tasks.
• Prepares reports and investigates vehicle incidents.
• Performs other job duties as assigned
