Mangoes and Bananas Studio is seeking a Production Associate to run our shoot days from planning to wrap, capturing photos and videos that meet brand briefs.

You will translate briefs into shot lists, plan locations, props, and talent, and coordinate with the team on set. The role requires hands-on camera work and the ability to manage shoots while keeping everyone on schedule.

Formación

• 1–2 years in content production, photography or videography.
• Portfolio of photo and video work for brands (food, spaces, products, services, people).
• Confident operating cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
• Able to turn a shoot brief into a shot list and a day schedule.
• Experience leading or coordinating shoots and directing people on camera.
• Organized with files, footage and equipment.
• Willing to travel to shoot locations and work flexible hours on shoot days.

As a Production Associate at Mangoes and Bananas Studio, you run the shoot days where a brand's content comes to life. You read the shoot brief, plan the day, get the team in place, and pick up the camera yourself to capture the photos and videos the brand needs.

About the role

The Production Associate spearheads and manages our content production shoots. You translate a shoot brief into a plan the team can execute: what gets shot, where, when, with whom, and in what order. Then you make it happen on the day, as both the person coordinating the shoot and a photographer and videographer on it.

We expect someone who plans carefully and adapts quickly. Locations change, light fades, and clients have ideas on set, so you need to keep the shoot on brief and on schedule while keeping everyone at ease. What you capture is the raw material our editors, designers, and social media managers build on.

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in content production, photography, or videography. Agency experience is welcome.
