Mangoes and Bananas Studio in Bulacan, Philippines is looking for a Design and Visuals Associate to shape a brand’s look from moodboard to final logo. You’ll develop concepts, moodboards, logos, and graphics for social media, menus, or storefronts, guiding the visual direction on shoots to ensure consistency.

Your portfolio should show logos, brand identities, and marketing visuals. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva, plus strong typography and layout sense, is required.

As a Design and Visuals Associate at Mangoes and Bananas Studio, you decide how a brand looks before anyone reads a word. You build the visual concept, pull the moodboard together, design the logo and the visuals around it, and bring that direction to shoot days.

About the role

The Design and Visuals Associate is our graphic and brand designer, the person who gives every brand we work with a look that is ripe, confident, and recognizably theirs. You take a strategy and a brief and turn them into a visual direction: the concept, the moodboard, the logo, and the graphics people will see on a feed, a menu, or a storefront.

We expect a strong eye and clear reasoning behind it. You should be able to explain why a color, typeface, or layout fits the brand, give creative direction others can follow, and join shoots so that what the camera captures matches the visual concept.

What you'll do

• Develop visual concepts for brands and campaigns based on the strategy and creative brief.
• Create moodboards that set the look, tone, and references for each project.
• Design logos and brand visuals, including the graphics used on social media and marketing collaterals.
• Provide creative direction so photos, videos, and layouts share one consistent look.
• Attend shoots to guide styling, framing, and the overall visual direction on set.
• Work with the Social Media Manager, Multimedia Artist, and production team to keep every output on-brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual identity work. Agency experience is welcome.
• A portfolio that shows logos, brand identities, and social media or marketing visuals.
• Able to develop a visual concept and present it through moodboards.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• A good grasp of typography, color, and layout, and the ability to explain your design choices.
• Able to give creative direction on shoots, including styling and framing.
• Open to feedback and able to handle several brands and projects at the same time.
