Mangoes and Bananas Studio is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Producer who can translate a brand's personality into a month of content people save, share, and return to. You'll set the content strategy, plan the month, write briefs, and be on set to ensure what gets filmed matches the brand.

You will own the social media presence for multiple brands across cafes, wellness studios, clinics, and fitness centers, crafting feeds that sound like them and motivate visits, bookings, or orders.

Formación

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or content production.
• Experience building content strategies and monthly social media content calendars for brands.
• Strong writing skills for captions, graphic copy, and briefs, in English and Filipino.

• Create the social media content strategy for each brand you manage, with a clear purpose behind every post.
• Build the monthly social media content calendar: posting dates, channels, formats, and the idea behind each piece.
• Write the creative briefs the design and production teams work from, including design requests, graphic copy, and captions.
• Attend content shoots to guide what gets captured and ensure it matches the brief.
• Coordinate with clients: present calendars, gather feedback and approvals, and keep them updated on what is going live.
• Work with the design, multimedia, and production teams so statics, carousels, stories, and reels are delivered on time and on-brand.
• Review what performed well each month and use it to shape the next calendar.

As a Social Media Manager & Content Producer at Mangoes and Bananas Studio, you help brands take their rightful place in the spotlight, one feed at a time. You set the content strategy, plan the month, write the briefs, and show up on shoot days to make sure what gets filmed is what the brand needs.

About the role

The Social Media Manager & Content Producer owns the social media presence of the brands in their care, from the content strategy to the shoot that brings it to life. Our clients are small to medium-sized, experience and service-based businesses such as cafes, restaurants, wellness spas, clinics, and fitness studios. Each one needs a feed that sounds like them and gives people a reason to visit, book, or order.

We expect you to think like a strategist and stay close to production. That means knowing why a post exists before you brief it, keeping clients informed and aligned, and being on set to see that the content matches the plan. Your monthly content calendar brief is what keeps the design, production, and client sides blending in the same direction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or content production. Agency experience is welcome.
• Experience building content strategies and monthly social media content calendars for brands.
• Strong writing skills for captions, graphic copy, and creative briefs, in both English and Filipino.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and of formats such as statics, carousels, stories, and reels.
• Comfortable on shoot days and able to guide what gets captured.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, from presenting ideas to handling feedback.
• Organized enough to manage several brands and deadlines at the same time.
• A portfolio or samples of pages, content calendars, or campaigns you have handled.
