Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and technically proficient Videographer & Photographer to lead our visual content creation. You will be responsible for the entire production process—from conceptualization and shooting to editing and final delivery. Your goal is to produce high-quality, engaging visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Plan, film, and photograph high-quality content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Website).
• Pre-Production: Storyboard concepts, scout locations, manage equipment checklists, and coordinate lighting/sound setups.
• Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished videos, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics. Retouch and color-correct photographs.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new equipment/software to keep our content fresh.
• Asset Management: Organize and archive all digital assets and project files for easy retrieval.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Expert knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, various lenses, lighting kits, and external audio recorders.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles (lifestyle, product, or corporate).
• Excellent time management, ability to take direction, and a "can-do" attitude during long shoots.
