Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a capable Training Lead to run New Hire Training for groups of 15-30 trainees in the Philippines. You will develop and update manuals, job aids, presentations, and assessments to ensure consistent delivery.

In nesting, provide real-time coaching, conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions, and cascade product updates to operations. You will perform gap analysis with QA and drive refresher training to maintain high pass rates and certification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading group training sessions for 15-30 trainees.
• Ability to create and update training materials (manuals, job aids, presentations, assessments).
• Strong coaching during nesting and live call handling.
• Proven ability to perform knowledge transfer and cascade product updates to operations.
• Capable of conducting gap analysis with QA and creating refresher training.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of college or a Bachelor's degree (Education, Communications, or Psychology is a plus)

• 1-2 years experience as a top-performing BPO agent

• Strong performance history (CSAT, QA scores, or similar KPIs)

• Solid knowledge of the product/service handled
