Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Product Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Corporate Training Specialist.
• Proactive, self-starting, and agile mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience in health-tech, medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B software is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear training.
• Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and Tagalog.
• Experience creating engaging digital content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training materials.
• Conduct dynamic training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Serve as subject matter expert on the health-tech platform.
• Create training for sales teams on advanced selling skills.
• Integrate local healthcare trends into training content.
• Partner with LGUs for on-site training in remote communities.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve methods.
• Provide training on CRM systems.
