Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Product Trainer to lead on-site training for new hires and staff. You will develop curricula, materials, and learning paths, coordinating with leadership to foster a robust learning culture.

The role requires at least 2 years in training/L&D, proficiency with ADDIE or similar frameworks, excellent communication, and comfort using e-learning tools and LMS platforms to deliver engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development, preferably in outsourcing/BPO/professional services
• Familiarity with ADDIE or other learning frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for engaging learners across levels
• Adaptability and collaboration with different teams to tailor training
• Proficient in e-learning tools and virtual training software such as Zoom/Meet/LMS

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We're looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the skills and success of our employees. If you have a passion for training, an ability to engage learners, and a solid grasp of facilitation techniques and instructional design, we'd love to meet you! In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting classroom and online training sessions, developing training materials, and collaborating closely with leadership to build a strong learning culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and tenured employees
• Work side by side with leadership to develop training materials, curriculums, and learning paths based on industry needs
• Apply learning methodologies to improve training effectiveness
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs

What We’re Looking For:

• Training & Facilitation: Experience At least 2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, or professional services
• Instructional Design Knowledge: Familiarity with ADDIE or other learning frameworks
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage learners across different experience levels
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working with different teams to customize training approaches
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
