Job summary

Probe Group Philippines Inc. is seeking a passionate Trainer to support onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing learning within our operations team in Makati, Philippines.

This role suits someone with facilitation and coaching experience who enjoys helping teams improve performance in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct onboarding, create and update training materials, assess effectiveness, and collaborate with Operations, QA, and HR to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role.
• Experience in BPO product training and training module design is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Amenable to work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City
• Amenable to start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement activities
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement
• Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness
• Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirement
• Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed
