Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in Angeles City is seeking a Junior Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring, conduct virtual and face-to-face interviews, and manage candidate pipelines across sourcing channels.

You will use the ATS, optimize processes for speed and quality, and coach colleagues on sourcing techniques while collaborating with teams across the organization. The role is on-site at NEPO Site, with a fast-paced environment and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conducts virtual and face to face interviews.
• Targets low, mid, and high level applicants for various positions and skills.
• Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire.
• Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline across all sourcing channels and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies.
• Executes and monitors sourcing activities and programs across a variety of channels, including leveraging shared service sourcing capabilities.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Monitors SLA’s, account dependencies, key operational metrics, process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate.
• Uses recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation.
• Research updated sourcing techniques.
• Coach recruiters.

Quick Rundown

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a part of recruitment planning and strategies with your Recruitment Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Capability to execute end-to-end hiring process:
  • Conducts virtual and face to face interviews
  • Targets low, mid, and high level applicants for various positions and skills
• Facilitate full-cycle recruiting process:
  • Ensures the recruitment process lifecycle is completed in a fast, efficient, and professional manner at all times, minimizing the time to hire
• Pipeline Management:
