Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Product Support Specialist to connect data analytics with enterprise software. You will configure workflows, translate data into actionable insights, and help improve product usability while growing a global career.

This is a permanent work-from-home role with night shifts and weekend flexibility for international collaboration. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analytics or BI roles, experience with data-intensive platforms, and strong communication to translate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles, ideally within enterprise B2B software.
• Proven experience working with data-intensive analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in data setup, processing, manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

• Set up data-intensive workflows and dashboards within SATURN and configure presentation layers for internal teams and customers.
• Research, collect, and process public data, transform it into standard templates and formats, and upload it to SATURN as needed.
• Support the design and delivery of training materials, webinars, and workshops by providing data-driven insights into how users engage with SATURN.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to reproduce, diagnose, and quantify technical issues using data.
• Develop and maintain FAQs, documentation, and how-to guides that summarize analytical findings and best practices for internal and external users.
• Maintain clean, well-organized records of analyses, findings, and recommendations across internal and customer-facing teams.
• Prepare use cases, demos, illustrations, and presentations to support sales and marketing teams.
• Perform basic testing to validate ongoing product enhancements and new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; an advanced degree is an advantage
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles, ideally within enterprise B2B software
• Proven experience working with data-intensive analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, and data visualization tools
• Proficiency in data setup, processing, manipulation, analysis, and visualization
• Ability to quickly learn new topics, industry terminology, analytical solutions, and business workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including resourcefulness in finding solutions and identifying root causes from data
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work without detailed instructions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical data into clear insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with software engineering and product support teams
• Strong organizational skills for documenting analyses and managing multiple projects
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
• Capability to perform quality assurance and documentation tasks alongside analytical work
