Job summary

AIA Shared Services in the Philippines is seeking a Product Portfolio Manager to drive the Corporate Solutions portfolio using data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor performance, governance, and profitability across channels while coordinating with actuarial, underwriting and sales teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Finance, 5+ years in insurance, and strong analytical skills with Excel and Power BI; SQL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance or corporate employee benefits setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and metrics; ownership of portfolio initiatives.
• Advanced data analytics using MS Excel and BI tools; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track and report portfolio performance and profitability; identify optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate cross-channel performance and incentive structures for alignment with baselines.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Underwriting and Sales to translate data into product updates.
• Support mid-term business planning to align product strategy with forecasts.
• Establish data collection and automated reporting procedures with stakeholders.
