Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Senior Marketing/Strategy Head to plan, lead, and execute strategies across mass market and high-value segments. You will oversee acquisition, channel alignment with bank partners, and initiatives to maximize lifetime value of customers.

The role requires strong analytics, leadership, and project management, with experience in life insurance or bancassurance. MBA/FLMI is advantageous; excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level education with MBA and/or FLMI advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Construct segment initiatives and product concepts for the mass and high-value segments.
• Ensure a optimal leads pipeline for sales channels to hit targets.
• Collaborate with BPI AIA and AIA PH units to deliver tasks.
• Develop client and distribution engagement activities for the segment.
• Liaise with bank segment and bancassurance teams for program alignment.
• Monitor performance and recommend improvements for the segment.
