Job summary

KARL STORZ Philippines is seeking a results-driven Medical Marketing Specialist to organize events, train users, and gather market feedback. The role focuses on driving adoption of our medical devices, building relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders, and delivering technical support.

You will develop sales tools with the marketing team, support regional planning, ensure compliance with company policies and industry codes, and travel domestically and across Asia as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical/marketing/business related fields.
• At least 2 years' experience in the medical device industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information.
• Willing to travel domestically and to Asian countries.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Licensed/Registered Med Tech/Nurse is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

• Gather market feedback on marketing activities and products' satisfaction

Your Talents

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any medical / marketing/ business related courses


• Preferably with at least 2 years' experience specializing in medical device industry

• Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information, mature, self-driven, proactive and innovative


• Able to work independently and deliver results under pressure


• Proficient in MS Office
