KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking a dedicated professional in the Philippines to enhance market adoption of medical products. The candidate will be responsible for organizing workshops and training users, providing technical support, and developing strategies to improve sales.

The ideal applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree related to medical or marketing fields, with at least two years of experience in the medical device industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Licensed/Registered Med Tech/Nurse is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Organize events like workshops and congresses.
• Gather market feedback on marketing activities and product satisfaction.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Develop sales tools with the corporate marketing team.

Responsible to organize events like workshop, congresses and train users on the correct method of using the company products.

Gather market feedback on marketing activities and products’ satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategies to drive market adoption of company products and improve sales and market share.

Build strong relations and rapport with the surgeons, nurses, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders.

Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses.

Provide technical support to the customers.

Develop sales tools jointly with corporate marketing team.

Assist in the regional planning/support.

Ensure full compliance with the Company Policies and the local industry’s code of conduct.

Your Talents

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any medical/marketing/business related courses.
• Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience specializing in medical device industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information, mature, self‑driven, proactive and innovative.
• Able to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Licensed/Registered Med Tech/Nurse is an advantage.
• Willing to travel Domestic and Asian Countries.
