Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the technical strategy and execution for the Partner Marketing Solutions & Personalization team. You will guide a high-performing engineering group to design, build, and scale platforms that empower marketers to plan, execute, manage, and analyze co-marketing campaigns.

You will own sprint planning, drive OKRs, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience managing software engineering teams, mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and driving execution.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale software systems.
• Experience building web applications, native mobile apps, backend APIs, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and execution for Maya's Partner Marketing Solutions & Personalization team.
• Manage a software engineering team delivering front-end and back-end systems for customer-facing products.
• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing engineers and foster a productive team culture.
• Drive sprint planning, OKRs, and end-to-end feature development with Product, Design, and Engineering partners.
• Provide feedback and participate in code reviews, contributing when needed.
• Lead large-scale projects and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
