Job summary

Maya, a leading all-in-one money platform in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Core Platform IAM Product Specialist to drive identity and access management strategy and execution across Maya’s products and services. You will own the IAM and Accounts Management platforms, champion secure, scalable user experiences, and collaborate across teams to align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, architecture, or a related role.
• Hands-on engineering experience building or integrating IAM capabilities, or deep technical IAM knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of launching and managing consumer-based financial technology products.
• Proficiency in AGILE development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own Core Platforms for Identities, Access and Account Management (IAM).
• Own the IAM and Accounts Management platform and govern customer accounts and wallet limits.
• Define technically sound platform requirements for IAM capabilities and integrations; describe end-to-end flows, APIs, data exchanges, and non-functional requirements.
• Document capabilities via PRDs and service memos to enable Maya channels and services.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis within the Philippines FinTech sector to inform product strategy.
• Champion user-centered design to ensure intuitive products for customers.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal to meet BSP and regulator standards.
• Drive data-driven decisions to improve product performance and revenue.
• Work closely with business, product, engineering, design, marketing, and support teams for successful development and customer engagement.
