Job summary

Focus Global Inc. is seeking a Sales and Design Specialist to drive luxury kitchen, bath, and wellness solutions. You will engage developers, architects, and designers, present proposals, and manage projects end-to-end from lead generation to installation.

Responsibilities

• Be the company's face to developers and clients; follow SOPs.
• Saturate/generate leads among developers and design firms.

• Prepare accurate quotations, place and monitor orders, coordinate with service team.
• Attend site meetings and ensure delivery & installation.
• Continuously develop client relationships to maintain loyalty and satisfaction.

As a Sales and Design Specialist for our Kitchen, Bath, and Wellness brands at Focus Global, you will play a key role in bringing luxury living to life. This position requires a dynamic and driven individual who can establish and nurture client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and provide exceptional end-to-end service—from product presentations to project execution. You will act as the face of the company, collaborating with developers, architects, and designers to ensure our premium solutions meet their needs. Beyond sales, you will also be involved in market analysis, contract reviews, and strategic planning to drive business growth and maintain brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Company’s face - Acting on behalf of the company when dealing with developers and clients; Mastery of the company's SOPs and business directions is important.
  • Give timely updates and feedback to Senior Management
• Saturate/generate leads - Developers, Architectural and Design Firms, Contractors
• Schedule product presentations, showroom tours, and private events for Developers, Architectural and Design Firms, Contractors
• Present sales proposals to prospective developers, clients, partner architects, and designers to increase business opportunities
  • Thoroughly review contracts, terms and conditions stipulated by Developers; ensure that all clauses are aligned with the company’s SOPs.
• Provide exceptional sales and after-sales service by preparing accurate product quotations, drawings, efficiently placing and monitoring orders, and collaborating with the Service team to resolve technical queries
  • Attend site meetings
  • Ensure completeness of client Delivery & Installation
• Continuously develop client relationships to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Ensure that Company policies and decisions are clearly, professionally and pleasantly communicated to the developers
  • Provide all necessary documents and requirements needed in a complete and timely manner

• Actively participate in marketing activities to support brand growth

Job Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experience in sales is preferred but not required
• Possess strong skills in negotiation, customer service, as well as written and oral communication
• Strong time management skills are essential for handling multiple projects efficiently
