Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Product Representative to support Prima clinic-based health products and services, ensuring patients have a smooth, supportive experience from inquiry to post-care follow-up.

You will assist patients with inquiries, process payments, endorse members to CCR, prepare reports, and coordinate follow-ups while handling admin tasks and promotional activities.

This role features rotating shifts as part of frontline operations at a growing healthcare brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (4-year course graduate)
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is advantageous
• Familiar with healthcare systems and EMR/EHR
• Proficient with computers and standard office applications
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication
• Highly organized, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Professional and presentable with a collaborative mindset
• Willing to work a rotating shift schedule, 5 days a week with varying days off
