Maxicare Health Care is seeking a Product Representative to help patients discover Prima's health and wellness products while creating a welcoming experience at every visit. You'll build relationships, provide guidance, and deliver outstanding customer service in a healthcare setting.
You'll assist with information, process payments, coordinate to the CCR queue, prepare reports, conduct follow-ups, and support promotional activities.

Assist patients by providing accurate and helpful information about Prima's health and wellness products and services.
Process payments for Prima packages with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
Coordinate and endorse Prima members to the CCR queue to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Prepare, compile, and submit product-related reports.
Conduct post-procedure follow-ups with patients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Provide administrative assistance and support promotional initiatives and clinic activities as needed.
Bachelor's degree in any four-year program.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is an advantage.
Familiarity with healthcare systems, electronic medical records (EMR), or clinic operations is preferred.
Proficient in using computers and standard office software.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with patients
A genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction.
Ability to explain information clearly and confidently.
Strong active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively address patient needs and concerns
Willing to work on a rotational shifting schedule (5-day work week with no fixed days off)
