Qualifications

• Familiarity with healthcare systems, EMR, or clinic operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with information about Prima's health and wellness products.
• Process payments for Prima packages accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate and endorse Prima members to the CCR queue for smooth patient journeys.
• Prepare, compile, and submit product-related reports.
• Conduct post-procedure follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Provide administrative support and assist with promotional clinic activities.
