Nordic in Philippines is seeking a quality engineer to own outgoing quality for production parts and drive yield improvements across assembly and test. You will work with global manufacturing lines, suppliers, and customers to turn complex production challenges into measurable gains.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or related areas, and strong English communication. Expect a collaborative, impact‑driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, IC design, or product engineering.
• Experience with JMP and Galaxy.
• Ability to navigate a global matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own outgoing quality for production parts and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Dispositions for production anomalies or low yield reports from manufacturing lines.
• Monitor yields across Assembly, CP, BP and FT and define SBC/SBL limits.
• Lead continuous yield improvement and test time reduction programs.
• Provide technical support and address customer inquiries related to product functionality.
