Knowles Corporation in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a results-driven engineer to optimize manufacturing and assembly processes. You will develop and monitor workflows, evaluate existing methods to cut costs, and support continuous improvement across production lines.

Responsibilities include guiding new and redesigned products with the NPI team, ensuring high yield and quality, and coaching teams in process changes. Strong English and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing and assembly.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma principles and quality tools.
• Experience in program management and yield management.
• Background in chemical engineering is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and basic leadership.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Willing to work at Cebu Light Industrial Park, Basak, Lapu-Lapu City.

Responsabilités

• Develops, monitors, and maintains efficient manufacturing workflows for assembly and sub-assembly products.
• Evaluates processes to reduce cost, improve sustainability, and implement best practices.
• Provides technical support for machines, processes, and production lines to ensure continuous production.
• Coordinates with NPI team on new or redesigned products and Kaizen projects.
• Drives continuous and breakthrough improvement initiatives and cost reductions.
• Ensures First Pass yield, Final Yield, and quality meet targets, aligning with Factory goals.
• Supports transfer, ramp-up, and training for new assembly processes and equipment.
• Assists Quality Assurance in resolving customer concerns and implementing corrective actions.
