Job summary

Nordic Semiconductor is seeking a quality-focused professional to own outgoing quality for production parts, drive yield improvements, and lead continuous improvement across assembly and test. You will work with global manufacturing lines, suppliers, and customers to analyze data, refine test limits, and reduce test time while ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, IC design, or product engineering.
• Experience with JMP and Galaxy.
• Ability to navigate a global matrix organization.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage outgoing quality for production parts to meet requirements.
• Dispositions for production anomalies or low yield reports.
• Communicate with vendors and participate in root cause analysis.
• Monitor assembly, CP, BP and FT yields and define SBC/SBL limits.
• Lead general yield improvement and test time reduction programs.
• Support suppliers with device knowledge and documentation for qualifications.
• Provide technical support and address customer inquiries.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
