Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines, Laguna operates a high‑end semiconductor manufacturing environment seeking a Senior Quality/Process Engineering Manager. You will lead quality assurance, drive process improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction by preventing non-conformities across the production area.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and apply Six Sigma and data‑driven methodologies. A technical degree and extensive experience are required.

Qualifications

10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing
4+ years in a supervisory role with direct reports
4+ years in customer or manufacturing quality
4+ years in process engineering; NPI experience a plus

Responsibilities

Ensures changes in assigned area do not cause quality non-conformities
Prevents non-conforming units from leaving the factory or reaching customers
Handles customer feedback, requests and complaints in assigned area
Interacts with Operators, Technicians, QCs and cross-functional teams as needed
