Job summary

Nexperia in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Test Engineer to act as the technical expert for electrical Final Test. You will ensure robust test solutions that support Output, Quality and Cost goals across the production line.

You will also qualify test setups, drive improvements, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize test capacity and yield, working with SMPS and PMOS testing specialists. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• Experience in IC or PMOS semiconductor assembly or test processes.
• Strong foundation in electronics fundamentals.
• Background in PMOS/Power MOSFET testing.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, Minitab).
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and meeting leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical expert for Final Test engineering.
• Qualification of test setups and transfers to ramp and capability.
• Maintain Test GR&R and ensure it meets requirements.
• Lead test program changes, optimization, qualification and deployment.
• Ensure test jobs align with official specs and are implemented on time.
• Drive test capacity and yield entitlement targets.
• Develop or enhance Electrical testing solutions and methods.
• Support systemic improvements for test-related production issues.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across AT sites for test improvements.
• Interact with suppliers to improve equipment and metrology.
