Job summary

HelloConnect in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support product operations through managing recipe data, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records. This role emphasizes data integrity and process improvements in a fast-paced team environment.

You will collaborate across teams, handle multiple tasks, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality culinary data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Management, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or operations management.
• Proficiency in using databases, spreadsheets, and other content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with recipe management or food service operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and other data management tools like Google Sheets.
• Experience with online recipe databases, CMS platforms, or similar software is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to take on ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage recipe cards administrative and editorial processes.
• Responsible for menu checks and updates.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders.
• Upload all recipes and meal choices to the online recipe database.
• Update and maintain trackers as a core part of the product operations process.
• Maintain, organize, and clean data across sources.
• Report any data issues to the team.
• Keep data updated in different sources.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as updating Excel tables.
