Job summary

Chef's Secret Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented professional to oversee documentation and regulatory compliance for our food products.

You will maintain technical data, test results, and ensure alignment with FDA and BRCGS standards while safeguarding confidential information. You will manage ERP master data, track formulations and labeling, support food technologists and chefs during evaluations and production runs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years in food manufacturing documentation; fresh grads welcome.
• Strong record-keeping and data confidentiality practices.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical data, kitchen test results, and compliance files that adhere to FDA regulations and BRCGS standards.
• Systems & Tracking: Manage tracking systems for formulations, nutritional labeling, and ERP master data to ensure accurate inventory and pricing.
• Collaboration: Support Food Technologists and Chefs during kitchen evaluations, pilot trials, and production runs
