Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end manufacturing workflows and apply lean practices to reduce waste.
• Track KPIs like capacity utilization and OEE.
• Coordinate inventory to balance production plans with stock levels.
• Assist layout planning to optimize the 2,000 SQM facility footprint.
• Document SOPs to enforce food safety and hygiene.
• Coordinate across Production, Maintenance, and Logistics to maintain 24/7 rhythm.
