Job summary

GCash, a leading FinTech company in the Philippines, is seeking a Product Operations Head to drive strategy, operations, and cross-functional delivery. The role focuses on scalable product health, automation, and coordinating across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and CX to support growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years in Product Operations or related fields, plus 4–6+ years in people leadership, and a solid understanding of APIs and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, CS, Finance or related field.
• 5–10+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Payments, or Fintech.
• 4–6+ years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations & Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap and translate business strategy into product strategy.
• Customer & Partner Experience: Ensure products are intuitive, reliable, and responsive to customer and partner needs.
• Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX, and partners; improve workflows and automation.
• Leadership, Problem-Solving & Performance Management: Build and lead high-performing teams and proactively resolve risks.
