GCash is seeking a Strategy Executions Lead for Tech and Operations to support strategic programs aligned with CTOO mandates. You will help the executive team by providing input for decision-making, program management, and key initiatives implementation.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of experience in FinTech or related fields, plus strong business acumen and stakeholder management. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential to deliver priority imperatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, technology, financial services and/or eCommerce is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of technology space and program management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support select strategic programs for Tech and Ops aligned to objectives and CTOO mandate.
• Provide inputs to Executive and CTOO teams for decision-making and program execution.
• Assess and prioritize key areas to enable strategy delivery.
• Partner with groups needing support to deliver priority imperatives.
