Job summary

GCash is seeking an experienced leader to drive Service Assurance, Reliability Engineering, and operational strategy across a high-scale fintech environment in the Philippines. You will shape governance, risk-aware practices, and a data-driven culture to elevate service continuity and performance.

The role requires 8–12 years in operations or technology transformation, with 3+ years in leadership within SRE or tech operations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in operations, strategy, or tech transformation roles.
• 3+ years in leadership or strategic advisory in SRE/IT operations.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs reducing incidents and improving maturity.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic roadmap for Service Assurance, Stability and Reliability Engineering.
• Lead transformational programs to improve incident readiness, change resilience and observability.
• Embed operational discipline and risk-aware culture across Engineering, Infra and Risk teams.
• Shape exec-level narratives and reporting for ExCo and regulators.
