Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Product Operations Head to lead the product operations function, ensuring scalable, reliable product delivery and strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX and partners.

The role drives bottleneck removal, workflow improvements, and automation to minimize manual interventions and disruptions. You will own the product vision and roadmap, translate business strategy into product strategy, and guide teams to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, CS, Finance or related field.
• 5–10+ years in Product Operations, Business Operations, Product Management, Payments, or Fintech.
• 4–6+ years in people leadership.
• Basic understanding of software and APIs (no coding needed).

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations & Strategy: own the product vision and roadmap translating strategy into product outcomes.
• Customer & Partner Experience: ensure intuitive, reliable products for customers and partners including in-app experiences and API issues.
• Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Delivery: coordinate across Product, Finance, Operations, Compliance, CX and partners; improve workflows and automate where possible.
• Leadership, Problem-Solving & Performance Management: build high-performing teams and provide regular reporting on health, incidents, and risks.
