Qualifications

10+ years of Tech Products/Application Support experience.
Ability to mentor peers and influence processes.
Experience with complex, data-heavy enterprise applications.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Salesforce and ServiceCloud.

Responsibilities

Drive a fast, effective, and efficient support process with a user-first mindset.
Maintain in-depth expertise of supported product(s) including roadmaps, release cycles, UAT, and outage protocols.
Lead AI initiatives (e.g., JLL GPT) to drive innovation and efficiencies.
Own day-to-day support operations and act as senior escalation point.
Develop training materials and coordinate deployments and release feedback.
